ITAN Global Publishing Terms and Conditions

This agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding agreement between the individual or the entity identified in your ITAN Global Publishing ("IGP") account ("you" or "Publisher") and ITAN Technologies Ltd parties. These include ITAN Technologies LLC USA and any other ITAN Technologies affiliate that joins as a party to this Agreement. An ITAN "affiliate" is any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with ITAN.

1. Agreement Acceptance

You accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms by either (a) clicking agree or accept where given the option or (b) by using the Program, or any part of it. If you do not accept the terms, you must withdraw your Books from further distribution and terminate your use of the Program.

2. Agreement Amendment

The Program will change over time, and the terms of this Agreement will need to change accordingly. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement and will notify you via the registered email in your Program account.

3. Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin upon your acceptance and will continue until terminated by either party. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we have concerns about your account activity or if you breach applicable laws or this Agreement. We will notify you upon termination and provide instructions on how to appeal if you believe the termination was in error.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing notice, and we will cease selling your Digital Books and on-demand Print Books within 5 business days. We may continue to sell any remaining inventory of your Print Books and fulfill pending customer orders.

4. Account Eligibility and Registration

4.1 Eligibility

You must have an active Program account to participate. You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you reside) and are capable of forming a legally binding contract.

4.2 Account Information; No Multiple Accounts

You must provide accurate information when establishing your account and keep it updated. We may require additional verification to confirm your identity or business details. You are allowed only one account, and if terminated, you cannot create a new one.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account. Any unauthorized use should be reported immediately.

5. Book Distribution Rights

5.1 Delivery, Acceptance, and Withdrawal

5.1.1 Delivery

You must provide each Book at your own expense. We will not return any electronic files or physical content you submit.

5.1.2 Content Requirements

All Book content must comply with our Program Policies. If any submitted content does not comply, you must withdraw or replace it immediately. We may modify metadata or remove cover art if necessary.

5.1.3 Book Rejection

We reserve the right to accept or reject content at our discretion. If required, you must provide verification of your rights to distribute your Books.

5.1.4 Book Withdrawal

You may withdraw Books from the Program with five business days' notice. However, we may fulfill existing orders and sell remaining Print Book inventory.

5.2 Marketing and Promotion

5.2.1 Reviews

You are subject to the ITAN Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to take any action with respect to your account in accordance with those Guidelines, including but not limited to the removal of any review that violates the Guidelines.

5.2.2 Optional Programs and Services

We may make available to you optional programs and services through IGP. Terms and conditions for those optional programs and services are included at the end of this Agreement. Those terms and conditions are part of this Agreement.
